Last week, Martyn Paterson, Vice-President UOVLG, presented at a ‘local issues’ meeting hosted by Friends of the Earth (FoE) and the Bright Brewery. Martyn talked about our riverside plantings along the Ovens River and Omeo Gums in the Buckland Valley. Martyn and Cam Walker, FoE campaigns co-ordinator, also visited a stand of native forest, 40ha above the HVP plantations, near Clear Spot marked for logging by VicForests.
