Meet at the Ovens River revegetation site off Mount Buffalo Road. Approximately 500 metres after the Great Alpine Road roundabout, turn right onto a dirt track which runs along the boundary of the Discovery Parks Caravan Park. Look for the Field Day sign.
We will be cleaning up discarded tree guards and staking growing trees. This is important work following the floods. The trees are looking great, however, the area needs a good clean up.
Bring hat, gloves, boots and drinking water. At approx.12.30 pm a free barbecue lunch, with vegetarian options, will be provided.
